Maximilian Bleyleben appointed as Baneco COO

We are incredibly excited to announce the recent appointment of Maximilian Bleyleben as the new COO at Baneco!

Max is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and investor with 25 years of experience in scaling startups and advising high-growth companies. His expertise spans operations, business development, account management, service delivery, finance, legal, and investor relations in dynamic tech environments.

As co-founder of SuperAwesome, Max pioneered infrastructure ensuring compliance with privacy and safety laws for kids' online engagement. The company grew to 200 employees before being acquired by Epic Games, where Max led teen privacy and safety initiatives across gaming properties.

Previously, Max served as COO of Beamly, a social TV platform later acquired by Coty. As a partner at Kennet Partners, he directed investments in enterprise software and e-commerce across the US and Europe. During the first internet boom, he advised on fundraising and M&A at Broadview International. In the early 1990s, Max worked as journalist and project manager across Latin America, Southeast Asia, the former USSR, and southern Africa.

Holding an MBA from INSEAD and certifications in Privacy and AI Governance, Max now focuses on advising and investing in companies at the intersection of technology and regulation. He shares insights on these topics at https://lnkd.in/e2TANMMQ.

Regarding his recent appointment, Max stated:
